💧 Water Wallet

Water Wallet is built by Shaiitech. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

Phone number — used to identify your account and link it to your water store balance. We do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties.
Display name — optional name you choose within the app.
Gallon balance and transaction history — your water purchase records at linked stores.

How We Use Your Information

To display your gallon balance and transaction history
To link your account to participating water stores
To provide customer support

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your phone number and balance are only visible to you and the water store(s) you are linked to.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

Camera Access

The app requests camera access solely to scan QR codes at participating water stores. We do not store, transmit, or process any camera images.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at shalinratna@gmail.com.

Children

Water Wallet is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
